Is Icmeler like Greece or can you flush toilet paper?

No, there is a bin provided next to the loo for the toilet paper - and you can discover the joys of the wheel! At the side of the loo, you'll find a little wheel - turn it, and there's a pipe in the loo itself which will wash your bits for you! :lol:
