Salikant Canyon/Gorge

Postby Nik » 25 Jan 2010 12:15

Hi
Does anyone know the website where you can book to stop in the treehouses over at salikant canyon
I know its no-where near icmeler, but i can find the website :(

Its over on the other side near Ole deniz, the massive gorge where you walk through and where you can lunch on platforms in the river and go river rafting.

There were about 4-5 treehouses which you could stop the night

I did have a leaflet, but lost it

We went last year too, was amazing. One word of warning though to anyone thinking of going - be sure to wear sturdy shoes or use the ones they supply there. I was wearing some flimsy sandals which fell to bits! Trying to walk barefoot was agony but the guide we had (bless him) took off his shoes and gave them to me. We had a great time and would recommend it as a 'must do' if you're in that area.
