Alison, i think most people just post when things go sour, so thats probably why you may not find many posts...
this also hurts
ICR a little as far as publicity since we have very small amount of unsatisfied customers

... I wish more guests of ours posted reviews of their holidays on wherever, but last time we said such, some people actually posted false reviews of us saying we were paying people money for writing "good" reviews about us

We never done so, all we said was, "please write reviews of your holidays and for doing so, we will discount your next booking etc", "good or bad"! we thought, at least lets tell the world that we exist and are able to provide good services at 95% of the time (and receive excellent feedback 99% of the time...)

Some companies now offer a free holiday prize to win so that you write a review of your holiday......no reaction from "those people!" now...so i still dont understand what it is that they have beef with when it comes to ICR.

We are the only company that go back and care to give an answer back when we see a unsatisfactory comment about us...
Anyhow, back to your worries about Demi, no bad reports= you are safe, only a few bad reports= you are still safe, have you booked with ICR?= You are as safe as it gets because we care about your satisfaction and when it comes down to it, We Have ACTUAL people in the resort to move you from one premise to the other... if things go wrong
