Just booked for our little peice of heaven again Aug 9th till 23rd Demircioglu Apartments first time s/c but 6th time icmeler £1507 for 4 people........ flights,trans and aparts. Many sleepless nights waiting

Have a look in the bushes ( next to the alcove seating area ,over looking the canal ) and you should find "Mr T" the tortoise,

vince and his team are just brill. everything is just perfect. only problem is you have to go back home ha ha. you will have a great time there.

Alison, i think most people just post when things go sour, so thats probably why you may not find many posts...

this also hurts ICR a little as far as publicity since we have very small amount of unsatisfied customers ... I wish more guests of ours posted reviews of their holidays on wherever, but last time we said such, some people actually posted false reviews of us saying we were paying people money for writing "good" reviews about us We never done so, all we said was, "please write reviews of your holidays and for doing so, we will discount your next booking etc", "good or bad"! we thought, at least lets tell the world that we exist and are able to provide good services at 95% of the time (and receive excellent feedback 99% of the time...)

Some companies now offer a free holiday prize to win so that you write a review of your holiday......no reaction from "those people!" now...so i still dont understand what it is that they have beef with when it comes to ICR.

We are the only company that go back and care to give an answer back when we see a unsatisfactory comment about us...

Anyhow, back to your worries about Demi, no bad reports= you are safe, only a few bad reports= you are still safe, have you booked with ICR?= You are as safe as it gets because we care about your satisfaction and when it comes down to it, We Have ACTUAL people in the resort to move you from one premise to the other... if things go wrong

ICR are a really good travel company that will try their best to help you in any way that they can
even if you just have a question that you want to ask they will give you all the information you need

Well i must admit this is our first deal with icr we only booked apartment through them but john could not be more helpfull he was fantastic with my wife when booking 10 outta 10 nothing seemed to be too much trouble,hope to meet him and buy him a large cold EFFES.

We first used ICR 3 years ago for a transfer only, we were that impresssed by the service
after a flight delay, ( no I didn`t buy the company ) that the following year we used ICR for the complete package.
Unlike other travel companies, as Rami and John say, they have people in the resort, not miles away on the end of a telephone. Again we found them extremely reliable and helpful. The same in 2009 when I had the pleasure to meet a down to earth, very friendly chap, and keen photographer called John. We think that the way ICR can help with any bookings is great, as they will give their honest opinions, if they don`t think it suits you, they will find somwhere that does.

I haven't booked with ICR but i remember John recomending the Demi last year so I'm trusting him lol

I book the same flight every year and I guess I didn't dig deeper to see if ICR can book the flights for me, had i booked the flights direct with the company they were really expensive so when I saw the same flights in a package deal I jumped at the chance to book them!

i'm sure you will have a brilliant time. Been going to the demircioglu for the last 6 years and have booked again for June this year. We keep thinking we'll try somwhere else in Turkey but have been well and truly caught in the icmeler (and particularly Vince's) web!! Vince and his brilliant team of lads will go out of their way to make sure you have the most fantastic holiday. Enjoy!!
