Great new Restaurant-RAINBOW

Postby vinypgill » 07 Jun 2006 18:12

Having recently returned from great week, staying at Club Aquarium Apptmnts, we can heartily recommend the Rainbow Restaurant on Old Village Way (75Years Road?),250 metres down towards Old Village from Azra Jewellery.
Gerde from Holland and her husband, Chirocco(?), and Arnesto from Turkey are very welcoming and the place is very child friendly with recently refurbished garden and game machine for children while adults can sample delicious food at very reasonable prices.
We ended up eating there on 5 of our 7 nights because we enjoyed it so much and so avoided most of annoying hassling from other places on way to seafront! Such hospitality really helped make the holiday and will entice us back again. :D :D :D :D :D
Also on same street, we used EDIT for booking day trips, diving, jeep safari and boat trips and were well impressed by the service offered there by Val from England and Ahmet. :) :) :) :)

EDIT: Please do not post names thanks

Col :D

What did you think about the club aquarium apartments? We're flying out tomorrow and my mum and dad are staying there for 2 weeks.

Hi there

Did the restuarant have a good childrens menu? What sort of meals do they serve?

I ave stayed at Grand Aquarium 3 times in the past, however, my parents are going to The Club next week and wondered how it was.

Thanks Tania

Rainbow is in the place where last year there was an estate agency.

It is directly facing the Ege pizza place on the way to the village as if you had past Babadan and were heading to Tuncay.

You may need to have a few more Gin & Tonics Col to see any cuddly characters.
But with you never leaving the Venice what chance of ever seeing a Rainbow.
