I'll give the directions to Sad Bastards a go .................

if you head for Tansas from Captain Bullshit's restaurant, keep on the same side as the restaurant and turn right down the little alley way - you'll come across Sad Bastards

alternatively, turn down the side street where Traveller's Rest is [Red Lion is on the corner] and keep walking down there past the Moonlight Restaurant [with lights wrapped around the tree in the road]
when you get to the Selam Restaurant, turn right opposite it and Sad Bastards is along there

Hi all we are fully fledged members of Sad Bastards and have been for many years. As already mentioned Sab and Sybill are two of the nicest most genuine people you could wish to meet. Many of you may remember Sab's old place, the Lemon Tree Resturant stands there now. We found it by accident all those moons ago after 1 0r 2 Efes we didn't realise it was a bar, the seats were made from pallets with big thick cushions and the drinks were served from what can only be discribed as a big shed, we have so many happy memories of the old place as well as the new. So if you have never been search it out and we know you will have a fantastic night. Quickest way to find it is look for the Mete Apartments that were Sad Bastards is now. Anyone going out for the end of the season please let Sab and Sybill and Hayet know we are thinking of them, and will see them next year.

Elaine and Peter.

So am I right in thinking, if I cross the road at Tansas, turn left when I come to The Red Lion, I will find Sad Bas****s club on the left hand side?

Walk down the street that the Red Lion is at the corner past the Travellers Rest take the first turn on your right and this place is on the left hand side. It is the bar attached to the mete apartments
Hope this makes sense

I was in there a few days ago. The place is attached with the Mete apartments, next to Avlu 4. They were even offering nights there in October for £10 a night. :D

A vey relaxed atmosphere, with good priced beer in a nice quiet spot.

Hi Steve, Sorry we havent stayed at the Mete before but we know Sabri from having a quiet drink with him. He is a great bloke no hassle what so ever. We met some people who were staying there at the BBQ and they said it was lovely so i am sure you have made a great choice of both host and apartments. I did go to the toilet which was very clean so if thats a measure to go off you will be fine pal. We are staying in Apartments when we go back in September and we will defo be visiting Sabri again. Have a great holiday mate and sorry i couldnt be more help.

Hi Steve we are going back to the Mete on thursday for our 5th time staying there. There isnt a hairdryer in the apartments so you have to take your own!! The apartments and indeed sabri's bar are superb. Very excited about going back to our 2nd home. Hope this helps. :D
