Hi Folks

Just a wee warning about baggage allowance at Dalaman they were weighing your hand luggage as well as cases

Excess weight was being charged at £7 per Kilo when we returned on Saturday.

I always weigh my cases going out, but never coming back. I always hope that the toiletries we have used leaves us plenty of allowance for the return journey. But as you probably know, you always end up buying too much to bring home with you!!

Yeah Lynn i was suprised when they weighed hand luggage...also had to put all the cases on the weigh machine at the same time...so as you can imagine, 5cases on top of eachother then ask to put hand luggage on too haha.
The weight is 20 for case and i think 5 for hand luggage

Funny going out from Edinburgh hand luggage was 6 Kilos but coming back I think it was only 5
