Has anyone stayed these recently to give some up to date feedback?

Also can you confirm that these apartments are the ones at the top of the canal behind the lemon tree resturant on the way to the travellers rest?

Hiya, we stayed in these apartments a couple of years back. They are definitely the ones behind the Lemon Tree. We found them great. The apartment we had was on the top floor and nice and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was no hassle from them at all. Hope this helps.

I with another couple have stayed at Avlu 4 for the last three years. Not the Ritz by any means but more than adequate, and the staff are lovely and helpfull. Also Avlu 1 is also well thought of. About 5 mins walk rom Avlu 4.

Stayed there in May and apartments are nice size not sure about the studios, you have the basics for self catering, the pool is an ok size with lots of sunbeds on the grass area next to the pool.

Staff are friendly and apartments cleaned daily. I liked the location of these apartments and would go back again.

Never been myself, but they seem to get good reviews and they're certainly in a good location.

Hi we staying at these apartments next year , we stayed there about 9 years ago when they were called the Maritim apartments and found them to be very nice and comfortable my parents have stayed there nearly every year since and still recommend them my parents like the location as it is not to far to walk to the beach and nightlife yet it is situated in a nice quiet area.
