Restaurant pickups

I read on here a while back that the mayor was stopping the restaurants from sending cars to pick you up and return you home,so that the taxi drivers would get more work,has anyone that has come back noticed this change.

Didn't see it two weeks ago, the majestic minibus came to pick up people with no issues and I was staying at the Mayors apartments.

they were even taking lots of people home after they had eaten
well worth it
