Hi Alan

Have had a good night in the Stonehouse Resturant, across from The Grand Aquarium. There are quite a few bars, I am sure someone else will reply too!

every year we go to miami bar in the old village, its across from where the camel goes for lunch. its a quiet bar with just background music and manuel who runs it is lovely, he reminds me of manuel out of fawlty towers!! its not a dead posh bar but is very homely and he has a little waterfall on one side and a hubble bubble corner where you can smoke fruit tobacco - never tried it though. we've spent some lovely times there and its quiet enough during the day to have a good chat with anyone who comes in. one late afternoon we only went for a walk and ended up meeting a lovely couple who we chatted to for about 3 hours, then we staggered oops :o no strolled home in the lovely evening sunlight. lovely memories! the couple we met were going home that night and i've forgot their names and where they were from but he was an ex rugby player and had us in stitches with his jokes. there's no place like icmeler!!
