If you like I can hop around the net and make up a load of false reviews fo you if it makes you feel better.
Until a place is used by a company selling to the UK market you wont get a review.
There are lots of other places on our website with 100's of reviews if you would rather trust the written word.

Posted: 01 Jun 2006 21:38Seem to have touched a raw nerve there. All I am looking for is some more info. Isnt that what forums are for? Yes I know that there are some pics on the icmeleronline site - I had hoped I conveyed that in my iniital posting. I dont hear of anyone discussing the apartments or have I missed that?
I dont know much about them. I have been recommended them. Thats why I booked. I suppose you have to deal with some cranks who only whine on about how rubbish their holiday was and how it wasnt what they had expected. I have been to Icemeler and enjoyed it. Another reason I am going again. So, I am not entitled to ask if anyone has stayed at the accommodation? Its hardly a review.
I dont believe I have any way of restricting you "hopping around" writing false reviews. All I am asking is if anyone has stayed at the Sahara do you have any info thats not already on icmeleronline, that might be worth reading. regards

I wasn't having a go at you just daft posts in general but what I should have made clearer is Sahara has never been with a UK company and did only sell to Turkish people so there are no reviews of it.
You would not believe how many people have a go at me when I tell them what I have just explained.

I stayed in Sahara aparts on my first visit to Icmeler in 98'...was a family run place by Adnan and his brothers Gazi and Shari..not too sure who runs them now.
Only stayed a week here..just behind Marti hotel,quite central as when you walk out of aparts and turn right you come out onto the canal area by Venice.
The rooms were pretty basic and i thought quite small,reception area was just a few chairs round a table and when we wanted to get anything out of the safety deposit boxes we had to wait for one of the brothers to come as they had the other key.
As i said this was in 1998,so alot of things may have change as does alot in Icmeler...but hope this gives you a rough idea about where they are
