not common in September. You may occasionally get the odd rain storm in October - but September tends to still be dry with high temperatures.

Last week in Sept last year had a few nights with really heavy rain and thunder storms.

We went the first time in late September and although it was lovely during the day we had a few heavy showers at night, we now go the first 2 weeks in September and have hardly seen any rain.

Don’t worry about the brolly, you won’t need it if you’re sitting in the bar, we sat last year in a bar on the beach and watched the thunder and lightning across the sea and believe me it’s something to see, never seen thunder storms like it “amazing”

Its the bit about getting to the bar without my wife getting her hair wet in the first place that I am concerned with. I don't care have no trouble as with having an ear to ear parting the rain water just runs off.

Well you wouldnt want to go out in it!!! We have been quite a few times the last week in September and had at least one night of very heavy rain...proceeded by very strong winds....I doubt there has been an umbrella invented that can cope with that! During the days it has been lovely...still a struggle to sit in the sun...but luckily all the storms and rains have come at night!Have a lovely time :)
