Just wondered if anyone could tell me how you know what time your return transfer to dalaman pciks you up from your hotel?
Do you have to call into the office to find out what time the transfer will be there or is there usually correspondance left at your hotel for you?

normally 4-4.5 hours before departure for a private transfer i.e ICR. If you are using the tour operator coach or similar it can be up to 6/6.5 hours :(

If it's through ICR, they will send you a very helpful text message to your mobile phone the day before you leave just to confirm all your pick-up arrangements! :)

Hi

if you have booked through ICR and have given them your mobile number they will text you what time they are picking you up
They will also text you before you leave the uk to say they will be waiting for you at Dalaman

The driver who picks you up at the airport lets you know about your return, normally 4 hrs before your flight departure time. You can always just pop into the office and see donna who will confirm this 8) :)

We used ICR transfers in May and the person who meet us at the airport on arrival checked our e-mail ticket for time of flight to the UK. He then give us a slip with the pickup time on it, thi s was 4 hours before departure time every thing went spot-on.

We had ICR transfers before, and have to say everything was spot on, we are going with them in Sept and next May, if they are a good as they were we will have no problems, another thing about ICR is the people, Rami, John, Sharon, Sharon(in Liverpool) and Donna, are real people, not someone at the end of a phone line, you will see most of them at the resort, and best of all they treat you as a person, not a number. They also get back to you when you email them, now that wouldn't happen with other travel agents.

That's a good point - anything you're remotely concerned about while you're on holiday, you can just pop into the ICR office and they'll sort it out for you. Even if you're asking daft elementary questions (like me), they do it with an endless supply of patience and good humour. Having that kind of service on your doorstep is priceless when it comes to peace of mind.
