ATM - Facilities at machines

Having searched for ATM queries I have found out where the machines are located etc. however, I was wondering do they have the facility to get balance information or is it just withdrawals. Many thanks in advance.

I found the ones in the small booths in Marmaris give you a balance and also your name comes on screen! i think a few of the Icmeler ones give a balance but not all.

The HSBC ATM machine in the square in Icmeler gives you balance information as well
