It's good to know isn't it !

Postby okitsme » 28 Jun 2009 20:47

Isn't it great to see so many first time visitors returning from their first trips having had such a good time and vowing to return and also making the effort to post and let everyone know.
I think it just goes to show that the concerns over closures, music off, dancing, hassle, Russians etc etc etc doesn't need to be a concern at all.

For me, I've travelled pretty extensively around this globe but for an all round holiday experience it was Icmeler that gave me that want to return time and time again.

It's only days now until my next visit after a year break and obviously I'm going to see a few changes since my last visit. However, its good to remember that like life nothing stays the same and thing do evolve, some for the better and others maybe not so. I KNOW I'm going to have a great time and wont let anything spoil it for me .

I'd just like to take this opportunity to thank all the first time visitors for the positive posts we are seeing and also thank all the regular members that answer the queries and questions that obviously lead to them having such a great time.

So thanks to One and all, take a pat on the back

Cheers
Your very Humble Rog

Excellent post Rog and I agree, it is great to see so many new forumists having had a great time in Icmeler and to post on their return. This forum just gets stronger and better with every passing season.

Thanks also to ICR for providing us with such a great service, forum and information.

We met three couples who were visiting Icmeler for the first time while we were there earlier this month. Each said they how much they loved it and how they would be returning - one couple had already booked to come back in September.
Interestingly, all three couples said they'd never really considered Turkey before but were all very pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the country is and how very friendly and welcoming the people are.

I must confess that as a family this will be our first visit to Icmeler,
My wife and myself only visited Icmeler nearly every day during our holiday in Marmaris last Oct.Thoose day visits got us hooked on Icmeler and its charm.
I hope our kids feel the same way as wee did when we return TONIGHT-tomorrow.
Its not often we have a feeling for a place after a few day visits ,
Icmeler has drawn us back after just day visits, and now its 3 weeks in heaven.
0 more sleeps for us
The whole family is buzzing :P .

See you tomorrow Icmeler. 8)
