Icmeler Online Holiday Forum & Reviews - Turkey

After all my trips to Icmeler I've yet to sample the shiny lights of Marmaris for a night out, I intend to put this right on my forthcoming trip.

Roughly what time is the last Dolmas back from Tinsletown and also what is the cost of a taxi should I forgo my Horlicks and stay out a little bit later.

One more thing, I'll be with my lad who is 15, What is the age policy for the later night bars/clubs.

i think that the last bus is at 1am in july and august
there wont be any age restrictions on the bars or anything for your 15 year old they should be fine
if you get a taxi watch cause some of them will charge you a small fortune
either agree a price before you get it or tell them to start running their metre

Last Dolmus is 1am it is the same all through the season as we have been at various times of the year and it's allways been 1am.
Don't panic if the last bus is full, as they will call another one for you if that is the case.
The taxis are on a meter, it is best to say to the driver you will pay 25 Lira before you get in, the couple of times we did it this year when we stayed out later they were fine with that. We found when we got out the meter said 35 lira, so saved us 10 lira on the meter price.

aw yeah its just cause we go to alanya and their buses stop at 12:30 but it changes throughout the season
like in april and october the last dolmus is like 11pm
which isnt so good

I dont think your young boy will have any probs in Marmaris ( re drinks or bars). Its you that may have a problem ( sorry sir you are to old to drink in this funky, trendy bar.) Only kidding .!.

We stayed in the Siteler area of Marmaris last OCT and It cost us 20 Lira for a taxi into Icmeler. It also cost us 10 Lira from the Siteler ( spelling) area to the main area of Marmaris ( ie bar street area).
So as to give you a rough idea on taxi price from Marmaris centrum to Icmeler.. I would think 25-30 Lira before midnight.

Don't worry, as long as I can find a quite corner to park my Zimmer frame I'll be fine.

Do they serve cocoa in these places
