Had a very bad meal at the Tratroria Bistro, it's on the road leading up the back of the Ece apartments that leads upto Alins Grill.

It looked quite nice so thought we'd try it and set menu price looked good. Waited an hour for the food and it cam out cold and when I say cold I mean cold not a hint of warmth in it. After complaining he didn't offer to replace it or anything just brought the bill to us.

No probs, it is upto people make there own minds up. I just thought best to let people to know as uncooked chicken can be very dangerous, this is the only bad experience I have had in all my visits to Icmeler.

Aaaah this is the place where me and Phill ate, but I couldnt remember the name of it.

Well we had the opposite evening to you Steve, I had a Turkish Casserole and Phill had lamb chops and to be honest, the food was hot and delicious, we will definitely return in October, plus they played lovely music instead of the boom boom nonsense that is played in other bars during an evening meal.

I am glad you had a better experience. I probably would of given the place a second chance, but as I complained quite politely I would expected the guy to of said sorry and offered to replace it, but he was quite rude and just brought the bill. I was tempted to tell him where to shove his bill, but maybe I am to polite.

I think we are talking about the same place, just pass the Wayside and turn left, and its on the left side.

Could be, If you mean going to the Wayside from Tansas, turning Left at De Ja Vue then going down the Side of the Ece Apartments it's just before you get to that open wasteland.
Or you could just turn at Alins Grill and continue up there and you'd come to it. It is only small with seats outside.

Well I'm glad you enjoyed it, but they wont be getting my custom again. As I said I give people a chance to appologise and rectify the problem but I just had the plates snatched away and a bill thrust at me a few seconds later.

Sorry to hear of your bad experience Steve and the fact they didn't even apologise. We had our last meal of the holiday at Mr Chefs and were very disappointed. We waited 40 minutes for the main course and when it came mine wasn't cooked through properly so had to send it back. (Not like they hadn't had enough time to cook it properly !) But at least they did apologise and we got 10% deducted from the bill. The money wasn't the issue, I would rather have had a lovely meal served promptly. Won't be eating in there again.
