Here's a thought - do you remember this eating place?
Posted: 22 Jun 2009 18:45Back in about 1996 / 1997 there was a resteraunt called the Transparent. It was just up from the Selen 2 Hotel on the post office side heading towards the TANSAS. It was a small set up with the kitchens totally open plan (hence the name). We had a great time in there, the service was great and quite a few beers were lost off the bill!!!!!!!!!!!

It was only open for one season then was gone. We always remember the place because whether you asked for the bill or were just having a beer the head waiter would always say 'enjoy your meal' even when you were leaving the place. Memories eh....................
