Hi

we stayed here 3 years a go it is 1st class you would be hard pushed to find a better more central located apartments
Vince the owner and his staff cannot do enough for you
he has the resturant below the aprtments block and the food there has to be one of the best in Icmeler
The apartments are spoltless very good size with a tv and air con
The only reason we have not stayed there since is we like a bit of peace and quite so we now choose to stay more towards the old village
You should have a great time in you decide to stay here :D
You will also find that on Friday nights they have a meet up for people off the forum

we stayed last aug and are there this year.

Its the atmosphere we enjoyed and we were made to feel very welcome.

The rooms are fairly standard, but they had a TV and the kitchen was one of the best equipped I've experienced in Turkey. They had electric kettles, toaster, plenty of utensils.

2 Balconies one facing over the main road which was your own private one and the other side faced the dry canal and was the shared one you had to walk along to get to your apt door.

The front balcony seemed to get the sun all day so at times you had to go back inside.

Air conditioning was available, was about £25 each week .So might be dearer this year. It wasnt the best power wise so we left it on at night with bedroom door open so it cooled the living room area while we were out. The 2 chair beds are in the living area. I gather they were quite comfy from what the kids said.

The rooms do get quite stuffy so is useful to have the front door and balcony door open to create a cross draft if your in during the day.

We came up with some creative ways of locking the door without locking outselves out at the same whilst leaving the fob in the wall.

He has loads of repeat visitors and some stay for a month at a go.

We enjoyed it and often sat on the balcony at night watching everyone staggering home.

Hi. We have stayed at Vince's for 5 years in a row and will be back this September for year 6! We are also booked for next June. We previously stayed at the Mirage before it changed to an All Inclusive hotel. We have loved the food and hospitality of Vince and his fantastic team of lads from our very first night in Icmeler all those years ago. Even when we were at the Mirage we went to Vinces every night. My two daughters Laura and Rachel (14 and 12 way back then) loved every minute and would complain if they thought we weren't calling in for at least a few drinks each night! The lads have changed over the years apart from Hakim the receptionist and Kadir (jimmy or Kaddy) the handy man/gardener and chief 'soaker' while you are at the pool side, but each one has been great and looked after us so well. we have missed them all as they have moved on but have continued to look them up if they are working in other bars or resaurants in Icmeler.
The apartments are ideal and are well equipped. anything you need just ask Vince and it's sorted imediately. The only thing is that the bathrooms could do with updating but are cleaned every day as is the rest of the apartment. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas a free pool table and a kiddies pool. The food is outstanding. Having been to many restaurrants over the years it is our favourite by far - and just so convenient...........just downstairs! - not too far to stagger back whenyou are full of delicious food and Efes!!! The apartments are well situated for us as they are close to the centre and the beach. Eastenders and Pleasure night clubs (for my daughters) are not too far away.
Vince has organised everything for us from Turkish baths, airport transfers, collecting medicines from the pharmacy, to getting our towels laundred. We get all of our money changed there and he gives us a heads up if the rate is good or looking like going down. I think you can gather that it's a massive thumbs up for the Demircioglu (which is all down to Vince and the lads) from us all - Brenda, Bob Laura and Rachel - aka the Dunnings from Ashington.

Hi Wolfman, My wife and i stayed at the Demircioglu Apartments after being recommended by ICR. When i see how cheap they were i was a bit dubious but now the holiday is over i can honestly say it was the best stay i have had in my 12 years of visiting Icmeler. As has been said, the rooms are basic but they are spotless, well equipped ideally located. The hospitality is second to none from Vince and his staff. We usually spend 90% of our holiday on the beach but the pool area and service was so good here we never visited the beach once. I agree entirely with everything Worlass said and will definitely be booking in at the Demircioglu Apartments for future holidays
