OHY - Onur Air?

Postby tabby03 » 05 Jun 2009 08:15

Morning All
:D
As the worlds worst flyer and with the credit crunch etc and trying to get a good deal - I have found some flights for 2010 really well priced but they are with Onur Air. Has anyone ever flew with these? Are they OK?
Cheers

I've flown with them before and am flying with them this year again, there ok, no meals on the flight so take some food with you. Turkish staff on the flight and they sold Efes on the plane in a tin

Onur

A Turkish company with a fleet of 27 Aircraft. Airbus - A 300/320/321's. McDonnell Douglas MD 83/88's. No accidents involving a fatality known. Quite good leg room No meal available. Very expensive to buy anything on board. I advise taking your own food and drink. Purchase your own drink once you are through to the departure lounge.
Hope it helps

just be careful when you do buy anything on the plane that they give you your change back, they seemed to be very forgetful about this a couple of weeks ago. No frills flight, I am using them in september and again next may

Onur Air's fine, they leave on time and get you back on time. No frills but who needs them on a 4 - 4.5 hour flight.

Hi Shug, that's what Paula's Joe told me last night on the phone
just took his word for it hehehe
OMG just realised it's only 8 weeks yesterday!!!

oddly enough, he was wondering whether you'd be there at the same time again this year - he was made up when I said you would be
