I thought you would like to know that i was talking to a turkish lady last week who lives opposite the tolan apartments, she says that she feeds as many of the icmeler cats as she can during the summer and winter, that is nice to know isnt it.

We watched her from the balcony one evening, it looked like the pied piper of hamilin, there must have been 20 cats following her down the road

Also the lady at cerit cafe brought her cats from istanbul this summer and was planing on leaving them in icmeler when she leaves for the season, trouble is they have now turned into house cats so i hope she decides to take them back to istanbul with her

Thanks Sue, It is lovely to know that more Turkish people are taking an interest in the cats, if we can arrange the spayings then the multiplying problem will be solved .

Cerit Cafe, is that in Icmeler ? might have to pay her a visit

I was in Alcudia a few weeks ago and had to shout at some kids who were pointing their lasers at people's eyes. They aren't toys!

This one is not he childrens pointer and can be seen on the mountain from the other side of the bay.

At the moment the count stand at 3 bats, 3 cats 5 English drunks and a very irate Turkish drunk who could not work out where the green point was coming from when they were chasing it along the ground

   thought a "laser pointer" must have been a new breed of dog and was just wondering how John would bring it back to the UK

then I read the rest of the posts and realised what he meant ..............
time for a glass of wine I think!
