I think it is the 1st of July but only applies in doors so as most restaurants are outside I don't think it will apply, however I may be wrong and I am sure someone will correct me.

By the way on internet forums typing in capitals is classed as shouting so you may wish to switch the caps lock off.

Have a great holiday in June, we don't go until the end of July so don't drink the all the Efes before we get there,

i supose when they ban smoking world wide you will be one of the first to moan that your taxes are going up, you will probabley already know that air travel is now also a very unhealthy way to travel due to non exchange of air on the plane ask any airline staff so have a good flight and holiday

Dave is right it comes into effect on July1st.
