No!!! don't go to Cyprus, you have to go to Icmeler, if you love the place that much you should get Married there. Cyprus is so expensive now and if you have never been there for a long time you may feel cheated. The hotel Marti is lovely and right on the beach, who could ask for more. :D

Hi El Tel and well done if you managed to persuade your partner!Just got to get a word in for Cyprus though......the North or TRNC as it is known is part of Turkey and is not expensive and is a beautiful place for a holiday, dont know about weddings as it probably wouldnt be legal.Icmeler is a lovely place, but the difference beween north and south cyprus is HUGE! :)

Hi Elayne

Where do i start...well i was thinking of booking through T.....C.....for the hotel Marti. Read some of the requirements which is blood tests, travel to Izmir or Antalya which will take "forever", translation fees ect....Seem's so much hastle but would really love to get married in Icmeler. How did you go about everything "Help". We are going for two weeks this septemebr and were thinking of popping into the Marti to have a look around. What do you think....

Its all very sımple really and ıf you have someone organısıng you then you wıll have no problem. You wıll have to go to Izmır one day to do the necessary paperwork but the whole process ıs very straıght forward. It can easıly be arranged ın a few days.

hi, we booked our holiday with ICR way before we decided to get married in icmeler. I have a wedding planner who does everyting for you, and we don't need the blood tests, and they take you to Izmir, i think it is all worth it, you can PM me if you want the planners details as not sure if it ok to give details on here, thanks
