Mrs smc4761 needs her daily dose of Bran Flakes, to keep her well you know!!!!!!!!!.
Rather than take a few boxes over with us, is this something that you can buy in Tansas. I remeber seeing corn flakes etc but cant recall seing bran flakes

No bran flakes but you can get Nesfit or specıal k (although ıts not the same as UK specıal k!)

hi, just an idea, you can buy bran that you can sprinkle on cornflakes or any other cereal from any good health food shop, take some in a small tupperware tub for use on holiday and buy cereal at the Tansas jacqui

Couldnt you put some into little food bags in your case to take with you, there wont be much weight.
I am taking porridge with me, since losing weight I have got used to porridge for breakfast every morning so I will have 14 little bags of 30g porridge portions

Porridge in the Turkish heat
You will need a pint of Efes to cool you down.

Aaah but porridge doesnt need to be hot folks.
Just place in a dish overnight soaking in the milk, then in the morning add fruit and a few seeds or nuts - delicious

Its just like muesli when you soak it overnight and no pan to scrub.....haha.

Thats put me off my readybrek for life, sounds horrible. Hot Milk and suger is the only way to eat porridge in my opinion.

im sure i have, we shopped for cereal and nearly got some, they were either bran flakes or chocolate corn flakes!!

Can you buy sultanas there?
cold porridge is nice soaked and I put sultana's and banana in it mmmmm
might take some porridge to go with the weetabix as well

This is how i have my porridge every morning at work i have a travel
cup put 6 desert spoons ful of porridge 2 sweeteners top up with hot water must give it a good stir getting to the bottom put top on leave for at least 20 min and bingo yummy creamy healthy breekki. Cheers.

I've have thought you would be able to buy sultanas fairly readily, as Turkey is a big supplier of these.

Yep sultanas are avaılable from tansas - they are wıth the nuts and crısps
