Rather than take a few boxes over with us, is this something that you can buy in Tansas. I remeber seeing corn flakes etc but cant recall seing bran flakes

Postby archieb » 11 May 2009 16:28

hi, just an idea, you can buy bran that you can sprinkle on cornflakes or any other cereal from any good health food shop, take some in a small tupperware tub for use on holiday and buy cereal at the Tansas jacqui :D

Aaah but porridge doesnt need to be hot folks.
Just place in a dish overnight soaking in the milk, then in the morning add fruit and a few seeds or nuts - delicious

I've have thought you would be able to buy sultanas fairly readily, as Turkey is a big supplier of these.
