Hi, I'm getting slightly worried now were coming to icmeler on 14/05/09 & have been looking at the weather forcasts from sunny old England only to find that It's raining more in Icmeler than it does in England !!! Please someone tell me that I'll still get a suntan !!

Hi Ali nes, I've been going to Icmeler in mid May for 4 years, it's only ever rained a couple of times (for a day each time) in all the times I've been, and we've always come home tanned and happy we go 15th may long may the usual weather for that time of year continue.

The bbc weather constantly says its raining here when its not - Dont worry, weather wıll be lovely!!

Thank you for your replies I've been at the end of May before & the weather was great but because were going a bit earlier this year I was geting worried!! & the BBC 10 day forcast shows heavy rain constantly!! please keep me updated on temperatures in Icmeler - so I can get even more exited can't wait now only 13 more sleeps!!

If you look at the bbc weather what ıt ıs forecast ıs not true however the 'Latest observatıons' to the rıght ıs pretty accurate. Today ıs overcast and cloudy but the sun ıs tryıng to break through.

I am quite suprised myself when i looked at the forcast as I have always relied on BBC Weather as it has always been accurate where is the 10 day forcast I can only see 5

Been going to Icmeler in May and Sept. for many years. Can have an odd day of rain but doesn't last long. I use the following website which has been pretty accurate uk.weatheronline.com. If you click on Ankara and the go down you will com across Marmaris. We are due out on 13th May so will be there same time as you. Hope you enjoy yourselves.

Sorry 10 day forcast was on MSN weather!!

I went on the 18th may last year and it was lovely everyday!! and come back with a better tan than i did in september
