Not a father myself, but a polite reminder that you'll need muchos suncream for the nipper.

As for baby food, the Turks have their own brands, such as Milupa, Bebelac and Hero baby (I think), and should be available from Tansas and/or Migros (supermarkets). SMA I believe is available in Turkey also.

As for nappies, Turkey's Pampers are known as Prima, and should be quite easy to find at similar establishments. However, I've heard that their nappies can be somewhat 'inderior' to those in the UK.

Hope this helps. :)

Hi Andy.

I replied to the previous thread mentioned, and when we took the youngest he was about 10 months old. I can honestly say that the only stressful bit to it was the flight and transfer - heat and bored babies is a lovely mixture

Shade, shade and more shade, good suncream (and plenty of it), a good hat - with the neck protector, waterproof nappies and an all in one swimsuit ..... Your sorted.

As for food, my lad prefered the food in Turkey rather than what we brought with us.

The restuarants were a doddle, highchairs and plenty of waiters keeping him occupied, then a walk in the buggy after a meal, and a fast asleep baby - leaving you guys to enjoy the evening.

Enjoy

I took my daughter to Icmeler twice last year, 1st time she was only 8 weeks old and that was in the june, I then took her back 4 weeks later in the july and both times she was absolutley no bother. I know shes younger than your child but like the others say there is plenty of waiters there always keen to keep them amused.
Hope this helps
