Just was wondering if anyone knew of a site on the interweb that showed what the currency rates (pound to lira) were lets say each week for the past few years.
I am trying to find out if there is a trend when in the year the currency rate is the best.

hi Kirky
thanxs for that but that site only seems to show only for the last 12 months, looking at hopefully the last 5 years, to be able to get a good comparison.

This is the Turkish Central Banks Archive of exchange rates it lets you put in any date and it will tell you the official rates which is pretty good as just knock 0.05 of the rate shown on their and I find that gives a good idea of the rate you will get in resort.

I've made a chart for the last few years showing the interbank rate, I actually have a chart that goes back further, if that helps anyone let me know and I will post it.

Hi.

I did have a spreadsheet with the rates for the past few years, but cannot find it anywhere!

However, this link may be of use - although it only covers the past 500 days. http://www.oanda.com/convert/fxhistory
