This life is full of important decisions we all have to make.
Be it getting married or haveing children,
well in this same catargory comes the decision of should I hire a jeep this year in Icmeler or not?
Well the Answere is "Yes"
So for the first time in all the years I have been going to Ish this will be the first time we will have wheels.
The vehicle will be a Suzuki Jeep for the duration of at least 4 days.
Coastline, Countyside and hidden coves to be explored and virgin forest roads to be travelled.
No water pistols allowed just me Ann and Andre with the warm breeze blowing through our hair, the roads we will travel will become an open canvas on which we will be able to paint fresh experiences and advenures.

Just my luck when we get in resort every jeep in resort will be booked up.
memo to myselfe book one with Donna and Shaz before we go over.

Hi Gene

we hire one each year saying that we went for a car last year we have found that the kids get burnt very quickly in the back so take care to cover Andre up if he is sitting there
Once you get out of Marmaris driving is easy roads are very good unless you go off the beaten track and quiet empty make sure you fill up before leaving Marmaris as petrol stations are few and far between
Petrol price is a little higher than here
Take the plung and enjoy

Phill and I hired a car in 2007 to go to Ahmet's Parents for a couple of days, Phill wouldnt drive, so it was hired in my name and Ahmet's, I managed to drive for 5 minutes before Ahmet took over again - I dont think he trusted me.......

Over 12 hours it took us, but well worth it to see the beautiful scenery.

Try Datca

We hired a Suzuki last year to go to Datca for the day as it was recommended. The drive there is very nice although precarious in bits as you go over the mountains but fantastic views. We took Apo from Venice with us and he managed to get his neck burnt so good advise earlier about watching the sun. Datca was getting some improvements to the beach front with a lot of new paving going down which should look good. There is also a marina with some good resturaunts by the look of it, although did not eat there. There is also an old part of town with the traditional stone built houses. We probably wouldn't go back this year but I suppose if you have the car you might as well give it a try.
