Baggage allowance changes with T***** C***

Just been on T***** C*** website to look at flights and the following announcement has been posted:

As of 02 March 2009, hold luggage will not be included in the flight price, bookings made before this date include 15kg hold luggage. 5kg hand luggage will continue to be free.

Looks like they are following in another certain other cheap airline's footsteps! Not such good news for us lot!

Here is the costings for adding hold baggage after the 4th March bookings , taken from their website as so you know what extra it is going to cost:

Baggage prices are as follows:

Short haul & medium haul flights (Flight duration of up to 6 hours)
Long Haul Flights (Flight duration of 6 hours or more)
During Booking Journey £8.00/€10 per person per flight £15.00 per person per flight(Long Haul)
Amend Offline or via Call centre £15.00/€19 per person per flight.

Wow, glad we got in there and booked everything before they went up. We're doing 6 flights to/from Turkey this year, so could have been pricey!!
