There's a take away place just down from the Waterfall restaurant, I can't remember the name of it but it has tables and chairs outside. We sometimes have a stay-in night where we go for a take-away then eat, drink and play cards on the balcony. We had chicken kebab, lamb kebab and 2 portions of chips, think it came to something like £7 and it was very good.

We always went to the place above the underground shopping bit, the locals called it the soup kitchen and was always full which is a good sign, cant beat a betti kebab after dragging yourself out of Eastenders!

Iskender is the kebab that is served on bread and smothered in sauce and the best one I have had was in Mugla though there is a place behind the bazzar in Marmaris next door to a large furniture shop that does a very nice one.

The best donner in Icmeler in my opinion is from the Arab chappy just along from the Florida restaurant

Must admit agree with you on this one admin. As we stay at the Alvaro it's only a short stroll and a cheap lunch. Hubby's with you Donna he just loves the Ayran reckons you can't eat a kebab without it.

Really like the one over the road from Prestij Apart and Deja Vu. I don't remember what it's called though. When they get to know you, they discount your food...gotta love a bargain!

However, the Liverpool chippy is shockingly bad.

had a couple of nice kebabs, but have to agree with jools...the liverpool chippy is really bad....no idea why it's called the liverpool chippy either, very misleading.
