Most places do fish well - well acording to hubby anyway.

Quick (and stupid) question, what is the fish in salt and does it make the fish really salty ??

A sea bass is covered in salt then baked in the oven, when it comes out it is steamed through and the salt has gone hard and the fish needs chipping out of the salt, and no, its just steamed - no salty taste whatsoever!

Thanks for that, always wondered, Hubby hates salty food so has always been put off but loves his fish so I'll have to get him to give it a try in June. Thanks again :D

Though Cinar restaurant in Camli does some really nice fish dishes there is a very small place a little further along the road on the left that resembles a cafe that does specialise in fish and is a favourite of Rami's dad.

Maybe Rami will aski him the name

Fish

Postby ktj_38 » 10 Feb 2009 09:05

Hiya

If you look for fish in icmeler. I can recomend The Redlion restuarant.
They make all kind of fish. The Place is located across the Tansas supermarket on the main road... :)
