help needed

Hi,
We are trying to put some pictures on the forum,we've got as far as the IMG code etc ,then to return to ICR and open new thread and paste code in the box ,which box and how do you paste it,will it only work thru windows.Hope you can understand what I mean

Yes I printed it off,I'm just wondering if it only works with Window's based Pc's.
