You might want to read some of the past threads about these apartments - maybe why they are cheap????

From people I know who have stayed in the Pinewood and Kurts, the Pinewood is better. Thats just one family I know.

They're both family run business but the Kurts apparently have a habit of charging you extra for certain things whereas the Pinewood doesn't.

I love the Kurt Apartment and think they are great value for money. Very clean apartments. Nice pool. They don't mind you getting in late as the security guard Ali, will let you in the gates. Personally for me I have stayed at other apartments in Icmeler and I prefer the Kurts for value for money. The maids are lovely, the food in the restraunt is good, and value for money. Apart from the breakfast which isn't nice but everything else was nice.

The pinewood also look nice but never stayed there so can't comment.

We liked the Kurt apartments too and there were 4 of us in 1 apartment. Owners let us use their internet and telephone when we had a problem with our transfers. The price we paid for the apartments was also ridiculously cheap so all told we were more than happy

That's what I mean. We paid a very very cheap price for 16 days, and thought it's going to be a dive. Got there and was very pleasantly suprised, and actually found the apartments very nice. Pool was always clean, plenty of sunbeds, maid came in every day, and they were lovely.

I agree with you sandy. Daughter stayed here in July have already commented on another thread about her stay so won't say anymore.
Brother-in-law stay here 2 weeks ago, it was his first time to Icmeler has said he will be back to Icmeler but won't stay at The Kurt again no matter how cheap and he didn't pay very much for his weeks accommodation. At least it hasn't put him of going back to paradise.
