Would it not be possible to have a general chat part of the forum where members could talk in general about various topics?

just thought it may keep us all going in the winter months!

If I remember correctly, I think they did that last winter Eric. I am sure Colette will correct me if I am wrong.

he he

yes I run a thread through the winter for gen chat, might expand it this year when John is in Las Vegas

Plus we are having a forum party in October some time as well, to see how many members we can get online to chat and party at once :D

Plus Rami will be giving some prizes away over the winter ( not that he knows it, well he will when he reads this thread)

Also hopefully we shall have some quizzes and other things planned :D

Actually you know it would be a good idea to have a general chat thread going all year round for those topics that aren't strictly Icmeler related.
It would be advantageous not only to the members but also to the mods who wouldn't have to be locking non Icmeler related threads.
After all we all love Icmeler, but we do like to chat about other things as well.

No, No, and a bigger No.

They need extra moderating, there are more arguments in a chat forum than anywhere and also we are not here for a chat forum, we are primarily a travel agents, with a holiday forum thrown in as a favour to the members.

Now thennnn before you all jump on me I thinks I shall locks this off
