We're not going this year and I'm GUTTED!
The reason... we simply can't afford it. I keep looking at the webcam and everyones photo's and I'm jealous beyond belief. I keep looking at the pictures of the scenery, the bars, the familiar faces and can't believe we're not going.
I'm missing Icmeler terribly!

Know how you feel Bazza, join the club. My brother has just recently returned from Icmeler too, we introduced him to our piece of heaven and he has fallen in love with it. We were supposed to go with him so that makes it even worse for us. Good news is we have all booked up for next year!!

Maybe we should set up a support group lol !!

It's terrible, we were there this time last year.. I just wish the holiday season would hurry up and end (for me anyway).

Bazza, I hope you can book soon and go back. I feel quite guilty that all the discussions seem to be around the possible declining standards in Icmeler when you just want to get back there.
Hope you can give us some good news soon and let us know when you book.

I can understand how frustrated you must be feeling. All good things come to those who wait.

Don't think I'll be able to squeeze in I'm afraid - bummer!
Just done my morning check of the webcam - all looks well (as usual).
The green car is still there, along with the scooter (that thing's a pain when you're trying to take a photo ), the blue sky looks as lovely as ever over the mountains, the quiet peaceful streets just seem to be calling out my name... huge sigh as tear rolls down cheek!

Awwwwww Bazza - dont be sad - sorry to hear you cant go this year, but just think how much you'll enjoy it when you do get back there. Chin up mate

I want to go back but other half wants to go somewhre later in the year as we have already been away twice this year thinks if we go in September it will be long till the next year. So looks like we're going to Gran Canaria in december.

Sorry to hear you wont be going either Sue. I think the days of cheap flights are over. Hubby and I are thinking it will only be one holiday next year Still we are lucky enough to be going next week, so will raise a glass or three to those who aren't going this year.
