You can bring back 200 ciggies each or box golden virginia.
Alcohol is a litre each.
if ciggies are open then you can bring more back.
Hope this helps.

If its for on the way out ask at birmingham and they will tell you think its 6ltrs each and 100 cigs. Reason I say this is because I know a lot of people take alcohol out to Turkey for restaurants / friends etc.

To bring back to the UK all adults OVER 18 can bring back:
200 cigarettes; or 100 cigarillos; or 50 cigars; or 250g of tobacco
60cc of perfume
2 litres of still table wine
250cc of eau de toilette
1 litre of spirits or strong liqueurs over 22 per cent volume; or 2 litres of fortified wine*, sparkling wine or other liqueurs *such as port or sherry and
£145 worth of all other goods including gifts and souvenirs.

This is from the HMRC website.
Also note if you buy cigarettes in Turkey to bring back to the UK try not to buy them in the resort. If you do make sure they have a yellow sticker on each packet with the letters TAPDK on them otherwise they are fake and the correct tax hasn't been paid on them in Turkey. If you take them through the airport and get caught by the Polis in the airport trying to take them out of the country when they do spot checks you could be arrested. All the ones bought in the airport at duty free are fine.(Got my holiday reps head on, lol!)
