I'm a nervous flyer and take Rescue Remedy when I get on the plane. It's liquid in a 20ml bottle. Will I be able to take it through customs in my hand luggage? If not, is there anywhere that sells it in departures? Thanks. Going on Friday!! :D

I should think you'll be able to take it, as it's less than the limit, but if not, you should be able to buy it in Boots at the airport. Don't know which airport you're flying from though...

Yes you are allowed to take 100ml of liquid in a clear bottle but must be in a small resealable bag and have it in you hand as you go though the scanners.

Don't know if this is any help to you either, but you do also now get Rescue Remedy in pastilles. Never tried it though - only the liquid stuff.

As long as you put it in the clear bag you will be fine.

Hi Jem,
I've used Rescue Remedy for a few years, I use the liquid form. It's herbal and I just put a bit on my tongue when I get on the plane. I buy it from Asda and it's about £5-£6 for a 20ml bottle. The box it comes in is yellow. I'm nervous about flying and it seems to calm my nerves. Worth a try for your friend.
Julie.
