icr boat trip

Postby adewolves » 24 Jul 2008 12:49

I know this question was asked further down the page but nobody answerd. How much are the trips? How long are you out for? Whats included, food etc, and what food? What beers are on the trip and the price? Any advice most welcome. Also my kids aren't strong swimmers is there life jackets? :)

Can't remember what I paid for Icr all inclusive boat trip but it was very good value for money. We left Icmeler about 9-30 and returned about 5pm.Not a beer drinker so can't help you there but other drinks are wine, local spirits and of course soft drinks all included in price.Lunch is chicken, burger salad, potatoes, pasta and bread and very nice it is too. There are life jackets on the boat.We have been on this trip numerous time and always had a good day.

I am sure once Shaz or one of the other ICR reps come online, they will be able to give you full details on this. Failing that, drop a PM to Shaz, Taz or Donna and I am sure they will be able to give you the full details.

The Icr boat trip is £15 all inclusive which includes all your local alcoholic drinks, and soft drinks, it also includes your lunch. Wew need aminimum of 30 people for this boat trip to go out, so its always best to check in reosrt when you are here to see if there are others guests intrested. The day starts at 9.00am and we return around 5pm, the beer is usually the local beer efes, and yes all boats are equiped with life jackets for everyone and also are fully insured for all passengers.

Hi Fanny....we want to do the ICR boat trip also. We will be there from the 4th- 18th August. Only days we cant do is 7th(daughters birthday) and 10th(POMPEY v Man U) Maybe if a few from the forum want to go on the same trip (to put faces to names) we could decide on a day before we go and confirm it at the ICR office in Icmeler. What do you all think?

Hi markbullock......you could be right and i'm sure it would be more fun on the boat, but I've got to watch it. Can't think of anything better than watching it in paradise with a couple of ice cold Efes's. 8) Just hope I won't be drinking to drown my sorrows.

hi cheriton

we're flexible on dates, though OH will definitely be wanting to watch the game so maybe the 10th is out for him at least ha ha

we'll call into ICR and leave the date to them so they can come up with the best option for everyone

PS
where will you be watching the game?

Is everyone guaranteed a sunbed including an 8 year old? Don't want to be stuck downstairs all day like we were with another company, or like another trip where the crew were trying to get the kids to sit on chairs because they had paid half price.

Hi Cheriton and John

though there's quite a few of us going to Icmeler, we tend to do our own thing day by day so can't speak for them. however there'll def be 4 of us up for going on the AI, we're there 1/8 to 16/8

can't see anything more def coming up until everyone's out there as plans made on here aren't set in stone so we'll firm up and leave it to ICR once we're in resort - am thinking of what happened to the June meet at VInces

people make arrangments on here with the best of intentions and then just get really into their holiday, the best laid plans get forgotten for valid reasons
that's why we'll see ICR and sort it out when we get there

Hi steve..........good thinking and sounds good, As long as we're not attacked by pirates or meet neptune on the way back into port we should be ok for kick off :D
Fanny.........fully understand what you say about vinces so we'll have to firm up in resort like you say, but as I say ...count us in.

Thanks John for the answer, we fly out on Friday so will put the idea to the other family who are travelling with us and if they agree we will pop into the office to get our names down.
