Turkish breakfast generally consists of black olives, sliced cucumber and tomato, hard-boiled egg, bread (lots of it) feta cheese, sometimes yellow rubbery cheese and salami type meat - all washed down with cay (or coffee if you prefer)
I quite enjoy Turkish breakfast - but only if I'm breakfasting late morning (can't really face that lot at 8am!), if it's an early breakfast I go for the Full Monty English....

You will be able to get Turkish breakfast just about anywhere.

I know what you mean Neenie, I'm also trying to lose some pounds before I go on May 15th - for the same reason

The swimming starts this week... my intention is to go at least 5 times a week.... how long will I keep it up I ask myself....

Think I will have to miss out on some of those Turkish breakfasts because at the moment I am looking like a cross between Mr Blobby and the Michelin X man.
People at gyms have 6 packs,I look as though I have got a barrel.

Good luck with the weight loss.

Neenie I'm sure you'll hit your target no problem at all... :D

My goal is (at least) half a stone by the time I head back out to Icmeler (and that's only 10 weeks... ) - that's to allow for the lovely food I will be shovelling in whilst there. I've already planned where I shall be eating and what I shall be eating! How sad is that!

I've just joined a golf club (for the pool not the golf!) and reward myself with a wallow in the jacuzzi after a long swim......... I had 3 jacuzzis last week  ! Heaven!
