Okimo Bar

Postby redrhino12 » 24 Jan 2005 16:41

Okimo Bar,locally called Jimmies after the owner,a retired merchant navy sea captain is situated not far from the Efes Inn Hotel,on a corner, it has a cooling breeze gently blowing through the bar a godsend in the hot summer months.
Having one of the largest range of television sports channels in Icmeler,he caters for the sports enthusiast, but as well as this Jimmies is one of the few bars were nice music is played and not loud.
Jimmy and his wife must be two of the nicest people you could hope to meet, there service and food is of top quality, beer coffee, tea and the full range of bar drinks are avaliable.
Again one of the cheaper bars and restaurents and when you get your bill Jimmy has converted your bill in £s and pence.

Colette,he has two big screens and shows everything you wish,or want to watch.
His prices for food and drink are some of the best in Icmeler.

Get to the Blue Rainbow Hotel, near Lion Bar and Three Bells.
Accross the road from Rainbow is Alinda Hotel,to the left of this is za zas Havana bar,go down the road at the side of Havana, you will pass the Timeless Bar,I think its called that or something similair, and jimmies Okimo is facing you.

Went here for the first time this year ( only been to Icmeler 12 times). The food was wonderful and at a good price. Every time we passed it was busy.
