You wont need to keep the Calypso SPF20 topped up. I used to burn terrible, but used that this year and I was fine came home with a nice tan and didn't peel. Just put it on before you go out in the sun.

I was just putting a little in my hand and rubbing it in, and keep using more untill whole body is covered, you can usually see it on your skin for abit just make sure you have an even layer all over. I thought it was great, I only wish I had found it years ago. I know there is a similar one out there but it costs £20 a bottle so put me off buying it. But then I found the calypso one at £5 a bottle and think it's great.

We must be on the same flight then? Tuesday night from Edinburgh Onur Air? Have you booked transfers with ICR?

I got the suntan lotion at Tesco in Rosyth. They had F12 & F8 reduced to £2.18 and the other factors were all £4 odds.

Yes same flight Jula. We get transfer from our hotel, but have used ICR in the past. We'll need to wear an ICR badge or something at the airport to recognise each other!

Salford Steve, we bought the Calypso once a day stuff, mainly for the kids as they hate having to come back to get the cream put on. It says you have to wait 90 mins before going out in the sun, Im thinking this might be impossible as my kids just want to get to the pool as soon as they can. Did you wait that long? Also it says the first time you use it, apply it twice (i think thats what it says :? ) Is it really as waterproof as it says it is, only Im worried it might wear off what with the kids being in the pool most of the time, How did you get on with it? We go in just over a week so Im actually trying to be prepared for a change! 8)

I usually used to put mine on before I went for my breakfast. probably about an hour before actaully sunbathing I would put it on. I never applied more than once a day and was fine. It is waterproof it kind of makes a thick layer on you and you can feel your skin going really tight as it dries because it's making a film over your skin.

Colette love the 'sunscreams' Even the once a day creams are on sale now. Asda definitely had them at silly money.

 I clearly can not spell

The P20 would be no good for prickly heat sufferers then? If it forms a film over the skin it would block your pores surely?

I am very tempted to try the P20, the idea of just applying it once appeals. Thankfully don't suffer prickly heat or burn easily so will probably be ok. :)

I too am tempted to try it.

Is there no risk of burning?
