QUIZ NIGHTS??

Going to Icmeler in 21 days, could anyone tell me if there are any bars that do quiz nights and things like that??

This is a request from my mum who is coming with me.

After reading everything on here about the place i really cant wait to go

You usually find the bars and restaurants that do quiz nights advertise them quite well on boards outside. I bet you will find a few just strolling around in the evening. Theres loads of other entertainment, not just the barmen doing 'Michael Jackson and break dancing. I spent many a happy drunken evening in the 'Old' Alvaro restaurant (RIP) watching 'Open the box!!!' Its mostly a con but we did see a couple of people actually win the money. It all depended on what part of the week it was.

Blondies have Bingo and the Quiz where if you get the answer right you choose a shot off the table, if you dont want to drink it forfit it to someone else. Your not allowed to smell it so dont pick the vinegar Most are very moorish and there are Jack Daniels, vodka etc. Happy hols. Jem xxxxx

As Dimrie says the Traveller's Rest has a good quiz night Thursday 9.30pm. Just got basck from there won quiz twice. Great place Marg
