Can anyone tell me the best place for english cigs - most choice/best price please?
Is Icmeler still smoker friendly - I guess so as most places are outside but you never know these days

The cheapest englidh cigs I found were below ICR offices, the supermarket there were selling them for 32 Lira, most other places selling them for 35 lira. Cheaper than the aiport.

Still ok to smoke everywhere but not at the airport! Got mine at Dalaman duty free when we landed, got 200 Superkings for £16 not bad a?

Thanks CJ - does that mean nowhere to have a smoke at the airport when you are coming home...ohmagosh!! can't you even get outside anywhere?

No where to smoke. I thought you could smoke in CIP lounge, so paid 37 lira to get in, when got in was told there was no where to smoke. I had an hour and half delay aswell.

That was an expensive non-starter for you Steve! Can you get outside before passport control at Dalaman (like Manchester) for a swift fag before you go through?

I'm not sure because it's different there, you actually go through security before you check in, I suppose you could go out after you've checked in but then you;d have to go through security again to get back into the airport.

Interesting about not being able to smoke in CIP - I'll have to check that out
there's another thread running which reckons you CAN smoke in CIP??

I can gaurantee you 100% that smoking is not allowed in there. I went into a room which I thought was the smoking room, but it was just full of stock, that was the only room in there sperate from the CIP loung apart from the staff room. I aksed an assistant if you could smoke anywhere and was told NO. Maybe that room used to be the smoking room, but not anymore.

I think the ban came in after 30th May 2008 as I was told if i paid 11lira i could smoke in there

Not fair, I was going mad ha ha. Paid 37 Lira and the food wasn't upto much, infact it was pretty stale...lol
