weve been going to icmeler for the last three years and always stay in the old village on our first visit we ate in cubanas and met casper we ate there many times and the same the following years . last year casper the waiter wasnt sure if he would be there this year as he might be doing his national service just wondering if anyone been there this year and seen him would love to find out as we are going in august and it would be nice to see him again thanks

Hi, sorry to take so long to reply, been waiting for email from friend working at Cubana - Casper is doing his National Service at the moment.

Is the food nice in there? we were in a few times in June but only for drinks.

The food was very nice in there last year we had a fair few meals and breakfast was free next day

LOVE the Cubana Lads, they really make our holiday for us, there's 2 new guys there this year Bora AKA Spider, he is mental, so lovely and so funny. And Bekir he's such a lovely bloke, he's with a girl called Wendy from Middlesborough - she's lovely too.

Simon (Ahmet) is still behind the bar, Remi (Ramazan) and Marcos (Fahti) are still waiting tables and Cliff (don't know his real name) is still there.

Farouk is in Dubia with is Wife working over there - hopefully he'll be back next year.

Can't wait till October to see them all again.

god i cant wait i remember cliff he was there for the first time last year hes married to a lady from ireland but i dont think she was there i will miss casper though

Simon (ahmet) little beard and a cheeky smile ?? We didn't see his girlfriend last year but he was telling us about her in June, and she is a blonde - Helen from Liverpool if I remember right ??

So Casper finally left to army? Wow, thats great. He really avoid to go there. Many times we said that it can be so hard, but think, you gonna be free man. And i do believe that its so hard for him...

I know Simon (ahmet) and Casper (sehmus) behind so many years. When i have staied there, they been good friends to me.
