Hi MissPiggy

Go to the technical forum. There is a link there on how to upload pictures.

Hi Mandy

Hope you had a good holiday.

Try this for your pictures

To post a piccie already saved

Open www.imageshack.us

Select browse

Double click on the picture you wish to post

Make sure the options box is set to 640 x 480 and make sure the resize image box is checked

Click Host it

Copy and Paste the box that says Hotlink for forums(1) .

Hope it works for you, if I can do it anybody can

Thanks Polly. Can you put on more than one as I have started to add a few at a time but it just repeats my first picture. :?

Hi Misspiggy

I open up a word document and just copy and paste them onto that, then copy them all onto the forum

There is probably an easier way to do it, but I find this one okay for me.

Looking forward to you photos

Hi Papa,
Just type Photobucket into your search engine and read about the Turkish hacker who hacked into photobucket last week 18th June

Easily enough done with your bank account, email, whatever...if you have an easily guessed/cracked password!

And pictures being stolen that are in the public domain anyway, isnt one of my biggest worries! ;)

But on checking the story, Photobucket wasnt hacked...their DNS entry was, which meant that traffic meant for Photobucket was actually sent to this Turkish hacking groups message instead. No Photobucket accounts were hacked!

But the attack basically highlights many of the issues with a high-profile site like Photobucket. The higher the profile and the more users one has, the juicier the target to hackers. Photo sharing sites have long been mostly ignored by hackers, but it looks like that might be about to change! It certainly wont stop me using Photobucket...for the reasons I mentioned earlier, its far easier to use and quicker than Imageshack!
