Daughter works for one of the budget airlines at airport and it seems they and at least 2 others will be charging 6 pounds for checking in now. if you check in online it is free providing you dont have bags. If you come to airport after you have checked in online and you now have bags, you will be penalised and have to pay your checking in online with bags fee and also normal check in plus baggage very confusing and another way of getting extra money out of you. its only a matter of time before other airlines start charging for baggage followed by checking in fees

Been there got the T Shirt Ryan air were charging this last year as well as only 15kg baggage,but 10kg hand luggage.

icmeler worth the extra plus all the fuel increases will put up the price of all holidays.
