there are cheap copys of the watch you looking for
however some shops have better quality of watch the good brigtland and rolex and the new chunky tags retail at about 50 quid
i have a freind who collects buys and sells watches and he loved the brightland watches especialy ive have my instuctions to buy as many as i can get hold of the new chunky tags are selling well here too

Hi

If your looking to buy I would check the watch carefully as if you by one that has a bevel on it sometime the numbers will run anticlockwise ie: the number 1 will be to the left of the number 12 also check if they are waterproof as I bought one went in the pool with it and it wasn't but true to the Turkish people and they attiude I took it back and they repalced it without any charge

I bought a Bertling 4 years ago from the watch shop by the canal at the beach end and I have never had a problem with it it even has the little tiny compass in the side wich works perfectly

we have been buying watches for about 12years from the same shop it is the market under the Idas in Icmeler not the side with the barbers in the other,on the right hand side next to the bag shop, his name is Ali he has a cabinet in the front of his shop with cuff links in and an orient express key ring we even go back and get batterys changed but the breitlings ,tag and longine are great not to mention the Loius Vitton.Always ask him if he has any better ones ,he does sometimes under the counter.

Hi andy, I've bought a Rolex and a TAG from a shop in the underground bazar in Icmeler. Superb quality watches, the rolex is self winding so no batteries required. The tag is 4 years old and keeps perfect time (untill the battery runs out). I would recomend that you get one early in the holiday and wear it as much as possible so that if you did have a problem you still have time to take it back before you went home. I actually bought one then a week later decided I didn't like it ,they exchanged it for another one with no problems. There are some real tacky one for sale out there but as soon as you see these you'll know there a quality product....as good as the real thing but at about £35, priced to suit my pocket. Hope this helps.

Over the last couple of years (and the first visit about 6 years ago) I bought the ones at 3 for £10 and have to say never been disappointed. Infact one I bought this year wasn't working after the guy had changed the battery so mum took it back down and he took it back and she got another in its place (all 3 watches come with a spare battery). Only one had problem with was Diesel one last year, winder broke took it to place here to see if worth getting fixed guy wanted to know where I got it as it was really good (he had to open it up to fix it) and he couldn't believe the price. Year later and I love it and it's still going strong.

They do have more expensive ones too, it the one opposite the Prince apartments near the beach.

Had my Diesel for 2 since september last year, still works fine, even the light on it still works.

Got it from the place where the Transfer stops, he was getting ready to close for season so managed to haggle him down from about 35 to 20 pound.

I've still got the first watch I ever bought in Icmeler years ago and it still works great, bought it from Gary who used to be on the canal £5 cant complain at that

My hubby always buys his watches from Ali and asks the same question what about the ones under the counter. I think Ali sells more from under his counter than over it   he's a really nice guy and he knows his watches.

Hi lynn m, you must go to the same place I went to, did'nt know about the under counter ones though. Will have to ask this year. I like the fact that he shows you the watches from proper catalouges so you can compare how good they are. 8)

Ahhh Endy used to sell the best breitling watches I could ever find, I bought 2 for £50 and Debs bought one for £30

Might seem a lot but the retail value on the original of the one Debi bought was over £4000

Missed him not being in his stall on the canal last year
