Posted: 03 Jun 2008 11:47Posted: 03 Jun 2008 11:50We sometimes go for two weeks at the beginning of October and the weather is perfect. Everywhere is still open at that time, so I would say some places start to close down in the last week or the week before maybe.
Posted: 03 Jun 2008 12:04I was thinking of going 12th-19th but dont want to go then if season has ended and there is nothing open....we are just back and the weather was great and it was quiet but in a good way as it meant you got a space at the pool and bars were not busy so you could chat to the locals
Posted: 03 Jun 2008 12:26We were there in the last week of October last year and the weather was fantastic. Towards the end of the week, a lot of the bars, restaurants etc were starting to close down, but there were still plenty open. As a plus point, the market, stalls etc were reducing prices to get rid of stock, so lots of bargains to be had!

We went 5th to 12th of October last year. It was brilliant, weather was still hot and everywhere was still open. We are going again on the 3rd of October. We were there 16th to 23rd of May, and it was too quiet in a lot of the bars / restaurants. It was much better in October.

Posted: 03 Jun 2008 13:43I went last year 26th October for a week.Still alot of people there and most places were open.Weather was ok but don't think it was warm enough to sit on the beach but i think i remember seeing some people sat by their pools.
By the time i came home on the 2nd November most places were closed.

Posted: 04 Jun 2008 00:47hey all, I was there last year from 11/Oct for 2 weeks the first week was quite warm, needed a jacket or shall for the night times tho. I found that quite alot of places had already closed or where closing that week. The beach had already shut and the second week it rained alot. Still had an amazing time tho.
