we have just come back from a fortnight at the navy
hotel brilliant hotel, the staff couldnt do enough for you, breakfast is a vast buffet, cheese, eggs, toast, bread honey jams olives meat cereals endless. We even had a few meals there and they were really good the chef used to have his own restaurant outside marmaris, we had steak there and a lobster, the presentation was out of this world and the lobster was great too. Say hello to Freddie for me great guy, in fact they all were.
We had drinks in the bar next door called Romeo and Juliet a bottle was 4.5 lire I think the draught was cheaper cocktails were from 7 lire upwards, wine 6-7 lire a glass. The waiters made you feel very special Hassan, Mohammed and Adnem.
We ate at the titanic a lot of the times steak was 19 lire I think upwards, a bottle of wine was most of expensive part of the meal at 28 lire, but it was good.
Have a fab time, very envious we hope to go back to the navy in September.
