I am wanting to take haggis over to our turkish friends to give them a try of our world famous "flyin' beastie". anyone got any tips on how to keep it fresh until we arrive in paradise. We leave at lunchtime on the 15th july and arrive in icmeler at 5am 16th july. Would tin foil be the answer?

We're also going to take haggis over, but the tinned variety. Grants make it and you get it in two different size tins. As for taking fresh I'm not too sure how you'd transport it.
